Jenn Air downdraft oven model # SVE47600WS display not working. Clock is now so dimmed you can’t see it. oven works. What part fixes this.

I have a 1910 Glenwood gas stove it is now vented though a stove pipe coming out of the back of the stove and directed into a chimney. I would like to install and over head venting system with a fan and do away with the stove pipe. The question is can this be done?
