One of the igniters doesn’t work. It doesn’t look like you can remove it or the gas burner from above. Do you have to pull the unit and get to it from underneath? Is this a DIY project? Finally, is it typically the igniter itself that fails and needs replacement (I did see the part on the parts diagram). Thanks much for any advice given!
