The chips on the board aren’t burned and the solder joints look good. Is it possible it could be a relay on the board? I can’t hear the "click" on sound when the oven starts up. The relay would do its part before the processors, right?
You wouldn’t happen to have a schematic of the logic board or know which relay to pop off?
Thanks for your help so far. If I had the money I would purchase a new board. But right now I can’t do it and hope a $4 relay is what stands between me and making food for the family again.

I doubt it.
The relay must be closing because you do get heat.
That id drops out usually that it’s coil drive voltage has been removed.

No the processor is what is controlling the relay.

No, none of the manufacturers publish them.
