Jenn Air oven won't heat

The problem began with the electric oven (Jenn Air SVD48600P) taking a very long time to come up to temp - 30 minutes +. If you would set the control for example to 400 degrees it would click off in 5 degree increments with a huge delay in between.

Then in may jump forward during the heat up say from 120 to 190 and continue on. Then it simply stopped heating at all bake or broil. The display stays at 100 degrees and clicks as it always but there is no heat.

I replaced the over sensor and bake element but that did nothing.

What next? - Thanks

Here is a manual

Original problem could been the broil element. During preheat and bake they switch back and forth.
Remove the element and check it, should be approximately 15 ohms.
Note the broil is 3600 watts while the bake is only 2400.

Then in may jump forward during the heat up say from 120 to 190 and continue on. Then it simply stopped heating at all bake or broil. The display stays at 100 degrees and clicks as it always but there is no heat.
Sounds like the control board is locked up.
Remove power to the unit for 5 minutes and so to see if it will reset.
Could be the hi-limit thermostat is open. Try broil setting, if the element comes on the hi-limit is OK. If no broil check the thermostat with a meter.
