Jenn Air Range/Convection oven won't bake or broil

Jenn Air Range/Stove/Convection Oven

Self-cleaned the oven two years ago now, and after that the oven would not heat or broil. (Around the same time, we also had a very small fire inside the oven, where a couple french fries started burning, but it was quickly put out. Can’t remember which came first, the fire or the self-cleaning.)

The control panel seems fine, the stove top works. We just replaced the oven sensor, but it did not fix the problem. Everything is working but there is no heat with the bake or broil elements.

I am assuming that convection works.
If it also does not work then it may be a power problem.

Unplug the unit and check the hi-limit switch with a meter.
Should be 0 ohms.
I think it may be item 32 in section 05.

But there may be more than one.

Yes, the convection works. Everything seems to work fine except no heat for bake or broil. The panel works normally and shows everything it should.
