Jenn Air Water Dispenser Not dispensing

Bottom Freezer French Door unit with dispenser inside. Water dispenser just stopped working. I changed the filter a couple of months ago and experienced the slow trickle and hammering noise I have seen others post about. I used the bypass cap as I could not get the dispeser to work properly. I had normal flow of unfiltered water for about two months and with no notice or any signs the water flow simply stopped. I can hear the ice maker go through it’s cycle but it is not getting supplied any water so no ice either. I have seen dispenser contol boards and valves as remedies. Any diagnosis is greatly appreciated. Spending way too much on cases of water bottles.
