Kenmore Elite HE 3t F02 Error

I am getting an F02 error when I start my wash cycle. The door locks and instead of water coming it the washer is making a strange noise and then I get the F02 flashing lights.

What I’ve read so far is that F02 is a draining issue. So what is my issue if I’m not even getting water pumped in??

I don’t know what else to do. I have unplugged the machine let it sit for a couple hours and the plugged it back up and tried again and the same thing happened.

Use the tech notes that are under the top or inside the lower service panel to try to put the machine into diagnostic mode and do the tests.

If the machine will not go into diagnostic model that would suggest the control unit is the problem, but you will have to change it out to check it out. If you buy from this site and the part does not fix the problem you can return it.
