Hello!
I have a kenmore microwave model 363.62702200.
This is an "over the stove" mounted oven with an exhaust fan and two "hood lights".
The hood lights stopped working. One of the bulbs blew a while ago. Being lazy and not all that handy, I waited until the second bulb blew before replacing them.
I’d like to point out that I have replaced a lightbulb in a microwave before.
Anyway, when unscrewing the first bulb, I heard a "pop" noise. This blew the circuit breaker in my panel. I went ahead and removed/replaced both bulbs.
I reset the breaker - everything came back on. The oven works (I heated a cup of water as a test).
BUT - now the exhaust fan and both hood lights do not work.
Is there a line fuse for these two components? If so, where can I find it (on the oven)? Is this something that I can do without getting electrocuted?
Thanks for any and all help!
