Microwave turntable, interior light, fan and hood lights not getting power.

When I pressed the button to turn on the hood lights I heard a "pop"
and the lights are not on. The screen says "on" but no lights.
The lights will work on "night" only. Also, the oven still heats but the
turntable is not turning and the interior light and fan are not on.
I’ve looked at the wiring diagram on this site and it seems that the
"sub relay" is common to these functions. Is this the most likely culprit
or is there another possibility?

I, too have traced the circuits and, you are correct the mini relays on the control board or a loose connection in the harness would be the culprit.

You will need to order and replace the control board.

Make sure you unplug the power cord before you start the repair,
and DO NOT reach into the high voltage area behind the panel after removal.

This kenmore has all lights working to touch panel accept the start and the far button to the left smart rinse.the unit has continuity to the door micro switches two of them no broken wires to the door from bottom to mother board etc hate to buy new mother board and touch panel if i dont have to

See the attachment for the tech sheet.

Does not look like the non-working keys use a common line so it points towards a control board problem.

The usual way to check the unit is to check the control panel (keypad) with a meter and if it checks out OK replace the control board.
Still a bit of a crap shoot but your odds are better.
