Could be clogged drain.
Remove the drain hose from the house plumbing and drain it into a pail.
Hold the hose securely in the pail and also put a towel over it unless you want a shower.
They often clod up where the drain hose goes over the house plumbing fitting.
Can you hear the drain pump running?
If not measure the voltage across it when it should be running.
If it is 0 volts then you probably have a control board problem.
If there is 120 volts then either you have a plug in the system or the drain pump is toast.
Thank you for the quick response. Will check it further this weekend.
Hosde was clogged deep deep inside. problem solved. thank you again.
