[LEFT][COLOR=#000000]Hello! Our dishwasher had a blinking "Rinse Only" light so we replaced the control board. Then the "Normal" light began blinking and nothing else would work. So we replaced the control panel. It ran through the rinse cycle then stopped. Nothing works - no lights or anything. Could it be possible we blew the thermal fuse? I noticed we failed to replace the plastic shield that goes on the thermal fuse. 
Could that be the problem? Thanks so much!! Jennifer
