Read earlier posts about this problem. Water and ice dispenser work, but tray doesn’t fill with ice. Not frozen, so I swapped the power leads to the two solenoids at the back of the fridge. Pressing on the water dispenser fills the ice cube tray. So, I need a new solenoid or ??? Only two solenoids on this one, it seems: purple and brown. Ser. # SS3246813 One more thing: it stopped working immediately after removing the door-mounted ice tray, emptying it and replacing the container. Odd coincidence. I’ll double check to make sure it’s seated properly, but it seemed to go in place in the usual, solid way.
