Recently on occasion our oven will not heat. I noticed before Thanksgiving that the self-cleaning wouldn’t work. It failed to reach temperature in desired time. Then Christmas Eve (@#&#) the oven wouldn’t heat. The next day it worked fine. We checked your site and order part AP3853531 (9759944). The oven worked fine all week until New Year’s Eve (@#&#). Later that evening it did heat up again. We replaced the part and it wouldn’t heat. Put the old part back in and it will heat. Will test to see if this will continue to be a hit or miss event.
The oven igniter is working fine.
Not sure if this is important but the numbers on each part are different.
Old - 36T22 21618 F140-18F 975944 A1017
New - 36T22 10520 F70-10C 97519014 A0100
Also, the diagram on your site for this model is incorrect. On diagram 1 (diagram location 17, 20 & 22) the parts are now on the opposite sides and it shows three parts that look similar and our oven only has two. Is there an updated diagram?

There are 3 control and fan thermostats, one is located on the back of the oven, but I don’t think any of those are your problem.
A couple of questions,
Has or does your control panel display go blank, at any time ?
Have you ever had any fail (F) codes ?
Does the waist high broiler burner work ?
A weak DSI module or dirty burner assembly, is the most likely situation, at this time.

Control panel has never gone blank.
F code when using cleaning cycle - didn’t reach temp.
Seems same thing happens with the broiler. The ignitor glows but broiler doesn’t get hot. Seems to cycle through something several times.
