Our oven is 15 years old, but has never given us any issues at all, until last night. We had used it for baking potatoes, then thought it was turned off. There was a thunderstorm and we noticed an error code pop up that we thought was probably due to a power flicker and didn’t think anything further of it. About an hour later, we noticed the fan was running and there was a message that said "too hot" and the door was locked. It was very hot to touch on the outside. I flipped the breaker switch off, and this morning - I flipped it back on, and I thought everything was okay at first. I set it for 350 and it sounded like it came on, but there was no heat. I also tried the broiler - same thing. The clock, timer and other buttons work, but it won’t heat. From what I’ve read about the self-cleaning mode being problematic, I’m wondering if somehow we didn’t accidentally hit that button, or the power flicker triggered something. Any ideas? Thanks so much!
