I have a Kitchaid fridge and the ice chute door will not close causing the ice bin to freeze up. Does anyone know how I an get into the door to locate teh issue, I think it’s a solenoid, spring or motor that has gone bad but I can’t get any information on my specific model and I was qutoed ~$325 to fix it.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
