As Always, Just when you need something, It desides to break. we have this oven and it will not heat up. I have replaced the Thermal Cut-Out and the Doubler Relay. I have tried to follow some posts on checking voltages, but I’m not getting the same results. I have voltage from both terminals on all 3 heating elements (120vAC). Can someone help me with this.
I’m afraid I did not get it clear.
Are you having problems with the surface elements or with the oven?
If this the surface elements then which of them are not working (like the front left etc)?
If this the oven, then are all Bake, Broil and Convection are not working or just one of them?
Can you describe how did you check the voltage?
More detailed description will help better understand the problem. If you can, refer to the diagrams.

the top is working great. None of the elements come on. I have checked voltages from one side of the wire to each elements in the oven and receive 120vAC to ground. I checked continuity accross all elements and get continuity. After replaceing the doubler relay, I now have a click on the left side that I did not have before when setting a bake cycle, but no elements come on and no heat. again, I replaced the doubler relay and the thermal cut-out,
thanks
Check if there is 120 VAC to the P4 on the control board.

I’m sorry but I cannot find P4 on the control panel. can you point me in the right direction?
Thanks for all your help
Here is the wiring diagram, see attachment.
Should help you find P4.
Black wire
May have a jumper P4 and P5 or P4/P5 will be connected on the board.
Yes I have 120VAC from P4 to ground.
I put old Doubler Relay in before doing this test, I felt if it did not help I would return it.
should I put the new one back and do the test again?
Thanks
Mike
Mike,
If there is 120 VAC to the P4 on the control board but there is nothing coming out to the heating elements, then the problem is a bad control board.
Unfortunately this part has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer available.
You can try to search for a company who does rebuild old oven control boards.
