Electric range elements won't heat

Ok I think the control panel on my oven is fried but I want to confirm before I replace it or throw the whole thing out. I had the bake element blow up on me so I bought a new one and installed it. I also checked resistance on the broil element and it was good. Now when I turn the oven on, it won’t heat up, and it only sends 120v to one side of each element. I checked the heat sensor and it was good, checked door switches and they worked as they should, and checked the outlet and it was providing 240v. Anything else I can check before I haul this thing away? Is there a reset code I have to enter or something like that?

Unless you have a wire burnt off somewhere, it probably a bad relay on the control board.

No wires appear burnt, and they all have continuity, so it most likely is a relay. Is there a way to test them, and can they be replaced?

If you are pretty good at soldering, you could pull the board and look for burnt traces. Take the relays off and test them or just replace them. If you could find the same relays you might be able to fix it.
