Hi There,

My KitchenAid (KGRA806SS00) gas range oven doesn’t light. I changed bake & broil igniters + the valve and no luck.
Could be the temperature sensor the issue?

Hi.

I assume the correct model is KGRA806PSS00. When you turn on the oven or the top burners do you hear clicks. If there is no clicks then most likely it is bad spark control module.

the model is correct. Yes when I turn on the oven or top burners I hear clicks. The top burners are workingok, no problem.
In the same time when I turn the oven on I hear clicks and I smell some gas too…???

Hi.

Check if there are sparks at the oven burners, when you turn the oven on. If you don’t see any sparks or they are weak then most likely the spark module is bad. Our return policy allows you to return the part back even if it was installed.

the spark module was the issue. I replaced it and now it’s working.
