I had a Kitchenaid cleaning failure as noted in your post (KEMS208DSS11) . I have the exact same oven. I replaced both the thermal fuse and the line fuse as shown in your post for this problem. Now, my unit powered up with the error code E1 F2. This error claims a poor connection for the keypad. I have reseated the keypad ribbon several times and checked all the other connections with a meter. No luck. I feel I have a board issue yet do not know which of the two boards is bad. Can you guide me to my next step?
