Knocking/Thumping sound during agitation - Kenmore 110.22352511

I have a Kenmore Series 500 top loading washing machine (Model # 110.22352511). There is this continuous thumping/knocking sound during agitation (see for a video of it https://ufile.io/bjmf2wea ). Doing several internet searches might indicate a the tub bearing needs to be replaced or perhaps a drive belt? I know that the dampening rods likely need replacing since the washer will periodically shake uncontrollably during the spin cycle. might it be related? For what it’s worth, if I manually turn the tub, it makes this soft clicking sound as it turns.

If it is a tub bearing or drive belt, do you have a sense of how much it would cost for a repair person to fix it?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

The spin basket and agitator may need to be removed to inspect for any indications of damage or debris that may be affecting the appliance. From there, if clear, the next step would be inspecting the belt for any frayed sections that may be causing issues such as knocking around or creating the soft clicking noise during the rotation of the spin basket.
