Leaking LWD35AW Amana Wash Machine

I have an Amana LWD35AW Washing machine that is leaking just below the tub underneath the machine. Any ideas?

Hub and seal kit spin bearing and a belt Specialty tools from Amana.

I have the same leaking problem (from around the base). How do I dissasemble? I assume I start with agitator and work down. Do you sell the belt specialty tool needed? Thanks.
