LG Dryer will not power on

I have a 2 year old LG Dryer, electric that will not power on when the power button is pressed. There is 240v power at the wall, 240 at the wire connection on the back of the dryer. When the door is opened, the light does not come on either.

What I have done:

  1. Replaced the power control board. This was recommended by the manufacturer diagnosis instructions. Did not fix the problem.

  2. I have also replaced the thermal fuse. Still no power.

Could it be the Control panel that attaches to the pcb? any ideas otherwise?
