LG Front Load Washing Machine will not drain

Hey there. The LG front load washer will not drain. I can hear the water drain pump working. I’ve checked the filter and it has nothing in it. The drain hose in the back is not kinked and is not clogged. The stand pipe is not clogged. When accessing the filter near the lower front panel, there is a little drain hose. This hose will not drain, and I’ve tried blowing through it but it seems clogged. Basically, it seems to me there is a clog before the filter and drain pump. How would I check this part of the drainage system (before the filter and pump) to try and clean it out? Thank you.
