LG Washer WM2487HWM sprays water from soap dispenser

Hello,
I have an LG WM2487HWM that has been a good but stinky washer for many years. Lots of trouble, but I have managed to fix most everything once the Bestbuy service warranty ran out…

However, I am stumped. The washer sometimes sprays water, a lot of water, out around the soap dispenser drawer opening. sometimes at the beginning of the cycle , sometimes somewhere in the middle or beginning of rinse. It floods the laundry room.

The water pressure to the washer is 50-55 psi. The washer is level. I have replaced the dispenser (but not the pullout tray). I have removed the hoses, dispenser, drain and vent and there are no blockages. the float in the other end of the dispenser hose moves freely. The vent float moves freely. I put a videoscope into the hose openings and can find no blockages between the inner and outer tubs. There does not appear to be anything blocking the flow of water out of the dispenser assembly.

Where should I look next?

Thank you.
