LG water Leaking from Dispenser drawer

Hello,

I accidentally put bleach in the fabric softer spot. I then removed the drawer, soaked up the bleach with a paper towel and accidentally popped the cap off. Now that I put the cap back, the hinges on this cap arent as strong as they were before (it does stay on though)

Now, when I use the machine, water pours out of the area of the dispenser drawer.

Do you think I just need the fabric softer cap, or could I have damaged something else? Please help!

If water is pouring out when it is filling I suspect the bleach has damaged the tubing going from the drawer to the tub. It is also possible the bleach ate through something else, so check everything.
