Just Got Woke Up Out Of Bed By My Fridge. Compressor Is Really Loud. Seems To Be Funtioning Tho. Ice Is Still Froze, And Milk Is Still Cold. Just Really Loud Operation. Any Suggestions What Could Be Causing The Compressor To Be So Loud? Could It Possibly Be The Fan Motor? When I Open A Freezer Drawer, It Continues. When I Open A Fridge Door, The Noise Stops. Fan Or Compressor? Thanks For Any Help. Last Time I Was On Here, I Fixed My Whirlpool Fridge For Just A 65.00 Part. Bought It Right Here Off Of This Website. Got Some Good Advice Last Time. You might have ice jamming the evaporator fan blade, or just loose motor mounts. Pull the back freezer panel and check.
