Recently, my top oven would not heat properly under bake or convection bake. The broil element works fine. The bake element seems ok and works fine when swapped into the lower oven. The voltage is only 40V across the wires for the top bake element when on instead of 240V. Also, after a couple weeks with this problem and only using the lower oven, I just had an F1 error occur today. This is new and the first time it has occurred. I am wondering if the problem is likely the relay board or the OEC, and if it is likely the relay board, is the one with the transformer or without. Thanks for your help.
