Low Voltage to Water Inlet Solenoid

Having issues with water fill on my Dishwasher. I think I’ve isolated the problem, but not sure what could be causing it. The dishwasher will run through a full cycle, I just don’t get water.

I HAVE water flowing to the water inlet valve, I’ve cleaned all of the assembly there. I have continuity across the water inlet valve (~800 ohms). I have a functioning drain switch (0 ohms when closed). The drain solenoid (which I expect is completely unrelated) also has continuity (~40 ohms).

What I DON’T have, is voltage to the water inlet valve. I get less than 1V AC at the solenoid valve when I close the float switch and activate the timer. I traced the line back to the timer, and from the "PINK" lead (which runs to the float switch) to ground, I still get less than 1V AC.

So my thought is that I am simply not getting voltage out of the timer for the water inlet valve, right? Is there a piece left to troubleshoot? Do I just have to suck it up and buy a new timer?

Thanks so much in advance.
