Ok, I bought this stove from someone so I have no idea how old it is but it looks fairly new. It’s a Magic Chef model number CEP3540AAW with the digital display and touch settings and the clock display isn’t working. I called around and found a new display but the guy told me that it could something as simple as the thermostat has gone out. I have an ohm meter that I’m borrowing but have no idea what to set it on to test the thermostat or where the thermostat is. I’ve also read on this forum, which is great by the way, that there may be a thermal fuse somewhere. I just bought my house and I’m very new at all of this so any advice would be greatly appreciated from any of you guys. Thanks.
Ordered a #17 fan blade for this model. The blade that I received fit physically, but the fins were turn wrong for the evaporator motor that turns clockwise. Instead of blowing cold air out it was sucking the air in. I would think I would not have to replace the motor with one that turns counter clockwise. Please look into this. The picture shows a 4 blade impeller, but the blade on picture are the wrong way. I received a 5 blade impeller thinking it would be OK. Wrong
