Top drive belt is not turning when pump is discharging. Motor pulley gets hot- belt is smoking. Could this be a transmission or clutch part? Motor turns freely. Have replaced belts and discharge pump.
Appreciate any help.
Sounds to me like the pump is locked up; all your pulleys should turn rather easily and the main drive pulley must release the tub.
