We are experiencing an issue with our washer. It will wash, agitate, and then begin to drain for the rinse cycle. But it seems to not completely drain…therefore it will not engage in the rinse cycle. If we pause/stop it then change the dial to drain/spin it will continue to try and drain, slowly, sometimes a trickle, till it is sufficient enough to spin off. And it will continue to spin as normal. But the clothes are still very wet as it has not drained properly. We have removed the pump and all appears to be working as it should. There does not seem to be anything blocking or clogging the drain hoses. The hose and drain are all correct height and installed properly. It acts as though it is stuck in the drain cycle. The pump keeps running even though there is little to no water flowing out. Is this a pump issue? Timer? Gears? We are stumped. This washer is only 15 months old!

Bump…any ideas? Anyone?
