Hello,
We have a Maytag dishwasher (MDBH969AWS1) that after a wash cycle a few weeks ago the "Tough Scrub Plus" light was flashing. Well since then the dishwasher will not operate and the same light is still flashing.
We have tried the recommendations I found online to clean the contacts on the ribbon to the control board and also tested the heating element to see if it was needing to be replaced but it tested fine with the ohm meter.
Does anyone have any suggestions on where to go next? We do not want to start throwing parts at it if they are not the issue.
