The drum on my dryer stopped turning! I ordered a new belt and installed it a few months ago. Although I had a squeak, it was working. It stopped turning again and when I checked the belt from the back, I saw fine bits of the belt on the bottom of the dryer, looks like it was rubbing on the Idler Pulley arm. Looks like the belt is on correctly but it still rubs on the Idler Pulley arm and the squeak sounds like it’s coming from the Idler Pulley Wheel area! Could the Idler Pulley arm be bad or loose? It’s feels tight to me! Help! Thanks!
