I have replaced 3 thermostats and 1 fuse, cleaned the entire vent system and now instead of intermittent heat I have none. I wonder if all along it was the heating element, which was replaced a few years ago, going bad? How and where would I test it. Terry
You can test it with a multi-meter set on Ohms. Disconnect one of the two connections and set your meter to Ohms. You should get 10 to 15 Ohms if the element is intact.
