Year ago my upper oven stop working but broiler works. Replaced temp sensor oven still did not work. Approximately 9 months later my wife cleaned lower oven using self cleaning mode. After words lower oven failed and upper oven now works. However, the upper oven will not come on unless the lower oven is in bake mode (ie… oven is in bake mode with temp at 115 but does not rise). The upper oven temp eventually rises to set temp. If this process is not use then the upper oven stays a 100 degrees and does not start. I believe the Electronic control is bad but still not sure. Any suggestions?
Very likely the control board has gone bad, but I also would check the igniters in both ovens.
