Our washer recently started making a squeaking noise while it was running. We expected a belt to break. However, the noise stopped but the washer kept going. Then we noticed that the washer was not draining the water on any cycle except the delicate cycle. I asked the online support if this could be a problem with the drain pump and they said no, but they could not come up with a reason for the problem. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks, Mike.
