The lower element in the upper oven seems to be not heating. Control panel display shows both elements as being on. Tried Self Clean option as well as Toasting option and see no evidence of lower element getting red hot. I have not seen a fault code illuminated on the display.
I set the bake temperature to 350 degrees. Oven reached that temperature but no evidence of lower element being red hot.
