We set the cook time, close the door, push start. Timer counts down but the "microwaving" does not start unless we hold the door tightly closed-Let loose & it stops "wicrowaving"

front load washer wont spin by hand empty. spins same for spin dry as it does for wash cycle. you can hear the motor speed up but drum does not.
