Microwave Wont Heat

I have troubleshot this thing as far as I know how. Here is what I know…

  1. I have 120v into the high voltage xfmr
  2. Output of HV xfmr is unknown as I cant test high voltage with my meter
  3. Capacitor checks good at 1.05 uF
  4. Diode checks good, and replaced with new
  5. Magnatron test good … shorted across leads and not shorted to gnd
  6. Output of HV transformer Ohms good per tech data sheet.
  7. Checked all connections and wires are good

As far as I can tell this Microwave should be making serious heat, but it will not even heat the smallest amount of water.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. So far I am leaning towards the HV xfmr. But directions on other things to check would be helpful.

PS all other functions of the microwave work IE the controls, timer , turntable etc… work.
