Recently after broiling, my wall oven suddenly lost power, control panel went black and the lights in the oven went off. I originally thought the the thermal fuse blew, had it tested and they were fine. I was told by a technician to replace the control panel. I ordered one and just replaced it and still nothing. I noticed that one of the wire harnesses running to the control panel has a fuse with a plastic sleeve on it with one side of the fuse soldered into the harness. It appears to be burned out and I suspect this to be the culprit. However, I have not been able to find any information on this fuse/harness. Any help would be much appreciated.

Which thermal fuse have you tested?
Which part you call "control panel"? The part with all wires plugged in is the control board. The control panel is the part with all keypads on it.
The thermal fuse with a plastic sleeve on it is the control panel thermal fuse. It’s not soldered into the harness. It has a female 1/4" to connect it to wire harness. There are two different thermal fuses used by Whirlpool: the first has two female terminals 1/4" and 3/16" while the second has one female 1/4 terminal and a hook which plugs into the quick disconnect plug. It is unclear on the picture you posted which one is used in your oven. I posted both part number, so you can choose the correct part.

I replaced the control board. I tested all three thermal fuses for resistance with a volt meter and everything tested well. However, my oven is still not operational. In most of the forums, I have read that people with similar issues will hear the oven beep or the lights in the oven work but the panel will be dead, in my case, everything is dead. Panel is out, no beeps when a button is pressed and the lights on the oven do not work. I read that in conjunction with the control board being replaced, the panel would have to be replaced as well. The only thing that puzzles me about that is that it appears that my oven is not receiving any power what so ever. I checked the main power source and power is flowing through.

Check for 120 VAC between the wires connected to the terminals P24-1 and P24-3 on the control board.
If the reading is incorrect, check for 120 VAC between the black and white wires at the oven terminal block. If there is no proper voltage then the problem is outside the oven.
If there is proper voltage at the control board, check the control power transformer which is located in the control compartment. The primary wiring resistance should be 75 Ω to 95 Ω between the red wires connected to the terminals P16-5 and P16-7 on the control board. The secondary wiring resistance should be < 1 Ω between the blue wires connected to the terminals P16-2 and P16-3 on the control board.
If any of the readings is incorrect, replace the transformer.

WHen I tested the transformer block, the connection points for the red wires were bad so I ordered the transformer with the link you provided. I replaced the transformer today and I still have the same problem. Is there anything else you can think of that may be causing the problem?
