Need to replace agitiator dogs Help !!!

The agitiator seems to be really loose, so I opened the cap and relized that it was the agitiator dogs not gripping due to be worn down. Now all I need to figure out is how do I remove the old and install the new without doing damage to the other parts inside the shaft. If anyone can tell me how to do this or has a repair guide that I can veiw I would be forever greatful.
