the ice dispenser started having issues and had to move selector slightly to get ice to dispence, then quit turning auger motor, checked with multimeter and the motor is not getting 115 volts, when push in button to dispense, it changes volts very slightly. Have searched and can not find how to access the control panel, even tried taking off the shelf area on the freezer door to try to see it it is there, 
no luck Does not appear to have screws in the front and unsure if the front of the dispencer pops off, is screwed in, or how to access.
Please help. We love the fridge and even though 17 years old, not sure the new ones will be near as good as this one has been. Also, if we can find a way to access it, how difficult is it to replace and any other things we should replace while we are at it, like the rubber cover where glass pushed to dispense?
