I have an 8 year old GE stove model JGP328 WEC1WW. Two of the burners needed to be lit with a lighter everytime so I replaced the two igniters. One now works great but the other only sparks in maybe 1 out of 10 clicks when I try to light it. Is it a defective igniter or is there some other issue? 
Would that be easy enough for my husband to do? He’s decently handy.
The job would take a pro about a half-hour. It shouldn’t take a handy novice much more than twice as long.
