Frigidaire FGEF3032KW, electric oven with cooktop. There is power to the unit, breaker has been reset and power cable has been unplugged/plugged back in. lights on the control unit work, oven light comes on. All of the cooktop radiant elements will not heat and the oven element does not heat. I can hear relay(s) click when setting oven controls. Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions?
Here are your parts

Your model number seems to be missing the last digit. The following is for a KWB but they will all be similar if not exactly the same.
Here is the wiring diagram.

As you can see the stove top and oven elements are basically separate so It is either a power problem or a common wire has burned off.
You may be missing the L2 side of the line so only have 120 going to the unit and all elements require 240 volts.
Try flipping the breaker off/on slowly a couple times. Sometimes you can loose half the line without actually tripping the breaker.
Check the voltage at the plug
L1 to L2 should be 240 volts
L1 to Neutral and L2 to Neutral, both should be 120 volts.
If OK
Unplug the unit and check the wires at the terminal strip in the machine to make sure none are loose or burned out
If OK
Check the power at the terminal strip.
Do this with the heater off and on.
Be careful as 240 volts is lethal !!!
