The freezer section is 32 and no ice. The evaporator fan in not running. I replaced it and still not running. I get 12 v on the red wire to the fan. Can you help me?? Could it be the mother board? Is there a way to test it?

If the compressor and the condenser fan are running, it sounds like you may need to replace the control board. AP4436216
