Dishwaher refused to operate but would drain when the cancel button pushed. Found no power to fill valve. Checked door switch, (OK) checked float switch, (OK) checked fill valve, (OK). Installed new control panel, only have flashing lights now. Cancel button won’t even drain unit when pushed. Help would be welcome.
