I just replaced the door bellow on a Whirlpool duet front load washer. No power. When I plug it in i hear a click sound and the front lights flash on, then nothing, no power, no door lock. I can get the control lock to turn on and off but nothing else, including error codes. Havent really dug into the connections yet (see my login).
Its fixed. I pulled the face with the buttons off of it again, then pulled the circuit board assembly off the the back of the face (it just clips in). Plugged it in, hit the power button, and it worked. Re assembled it and it’s good to go. It seems the circuit board wasn’t seated properly in the face, so the the power button was not operating.
