The washer will only fill on the hot/ cold cycle. It will not fill not fill on any cycle with cold water unless I to put on the rinse cycle and after filling return to the wash cycle. The washer will then complete the wash cycle. I have replaced the inlet valve and the problem still persist. Could this problem be the control board? I notice the red Automatic Temperature Control light flickers off and on for some time also. I do not know if this is normal.
