My washer does not agitate or spin. I didn’t take it apart yet to see if this model had a coupling or belt or something else. Does anyone know?
Your machine is a direct drive model without a belt.
Your problem is likely the coupling. Tilt it back and see if you see any rubber or plastic pieces underneath it, or any black powdery rubbery stuff.
If so, change out the coupling. If not, open it up, take off the motor and pump and visually inspect the coupling.
