I have had trouble for about 8 months now. When the cycle completes, the detergent tablet is still in tact. Its just sitting in the bottom of dishwasher. I have ran an empty cycle and the water is getting hot, the detergent door is opening. However, I don’t know when it’s supposed to open. It was about halfway through before the door ever opened. Is that normal? Any other suggestions on what the problem could be? I am handwashing dishes three times a day bc I have a family of 5.
